Universal Ms Pac Adapter Plate
The Universal plate is a 16 gauge steel plate made to mount to most of the popular joysticks today and allows them all to be used with each others respective mounts. If you have every tried to put an LS-32 into an Dynamo cabinet, or mount an IL stick in a fight stick case you know the pains of trying to make things match up.
What's the answer? Make one common plate that replaces all of these (and a few not shown), the Universal Adapter plate.
No need to file out the edges of a Zippyy joystick plate to get it to fit inside the IL screw holes or add washers to put a JLF into an IL/Happ mounting spot. Simply replace the top plate on your JLF and you can easily mount it in a variety of places.

How does this work?
The universal plate is mounted to the specified joysticks using the standard mounting holes provided by that joystick (see the picture below).
